Capacity Leveling - CM25

Hi,

I need to develop the custom tool which contains the DISPATCH functionality. Its nothing but same like what we are doing in CM25 transaction.

I what to know the solution (Functional Spec) How to develop the DISPATCH functionality in the custom tool. what are the spec i have to consider (Like User Exits, BAdI etc).
