employee subgroups are not appearing in MSS Form

Dear Gurus,

While creating position through MSS portal, employee subgroups are not appearing in the Form. Can you any body assist me what may be the causes .

1) I checked the org unit

2) I checked Position both are maintained. I have seen the A012 relationship also. Please advice
