NO customer master record exists for sold to party 1000

have u assigned no. range for the customer..if not plz do that

IMG-FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING-A/C RECEIVABLE AND PAYABLE-CREATING ACCOUNT GROUP FOR CUSTOMER-NO RANGE ASSIGNMENT FOR CUSTOMER A/C GROUP..

Hi,

Thie might be because of the Different account group for the customer,

Please check whether the SOLD TO 1000 was cerated in the SOLD TO PARTY Account group, Because if the 1000 customer customer created in the SHIP TO account group you cant create sales order using this account group.

If this is not the case then extend the CUSTOMER to the sales area which you are using to create the sales order.

Hope with the first suggestion you will get the solution.

HI

check the sales area of that customer.

maintain the common distribution and division in

VOR1 and VOR2

check the sales area of the created customer in XD03 and maintain the same sales area while creating sales order
