Problem with Cash journal

Iam getting the below error while reversing the amount posted in the Cash journal.

ERROR : Document can not be reversed , since it was already printed

Hi,

Cash Journal Documents can be reversed from Cash Journal only.

You will get the said error message when you are using T Code: FB08 to reverse the Cash Journal Document.

Better you go to Cash Journal and select the document line item which you want to reverse and Click on delete button, then system gives error message to reverse the document.

Try with this option, you can able to reverse the Cash Journal Document.

Check the print program and make modification based on your business requirements.Ideally, cash reciept once printed should not be reversed.

such document cannot be reversed. The only way is to pass reversal entry in Cash Receipt section.

Once a cash journal has printed, you cannot reverse it. You can reverse it as long as you don't print it, even posting to G/L, you can reverse using follow up number but when you print it, you cannot reverse it.
