techKey?

Hi,

I am currently scripting the SAP CRM 2007 application (Internet Sales) with HP LoadRunner.

Please have a look at the script snippet below. I am wondering what the key "techKey" is and based on what kind of data this value is calculated. It seems like it changes for each new (user) session...

Can someone enlighten me?

Many thanks in advance,

guido

techkey is also called the GUID and is unique to SAP CRM transactions. In addition to the normal key values of transactions - for example the Order Number for Order Header, there is also a Header GUID for header and Item GUID for each item. If you want to generate a guid for use with the script then there is a function module called GUID_CREATE that you can leverage.
