How to set up a default position on IT0000 during an Action ?

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement that --- when 2 particular actions (Action types : 33 & 35) are run, the position on IT0000 screen and IT0001 are to be defaulted to 77777777. We were able to set up the same through the User exit changes on IT0001 and the position 77777777 is defaulted on IT0001. But, the problem here is we could not do so for IT0000. Even after making the similar user exit changes, we could not get the desired result. I hope this is because the position only just appears on IT0000 but ultimately only gets stored on IT0001 at the backend.

Can anyone help me in this regard. Is there any switch available to make this set up or any alternate..??

Thanks in Advance!!

Suresh

Hi, the field position in IT000 is not from the infotype, is a structure, the same table PA0000 don´t contain field PLANS, however the IT0001 has field PLANS.

The structure of IT0000 for position is PSPAR.

    Regards

    Hi Suresh,

You can try using 'Dynamic Actions', this should work.

    Thanks

    Hi Suresh,

This can be done through dynamic action set up. See below code from dynamic action which we have maintained to make job and org unit as 00000000 while performing termination action (ZM). Refer this and replace 0 with 7. Then it will work fine. No need to write user exit.

    0000 04 152 P P0000-MASSN='ZM'

    0000 04 154 P T001P-MOLGA='07'

    0000 04 156 W PSPAR-STELL='00000000'

    0000 04 158 W P0001-STELL='00000000'

    0000 04 162 W PSPAR-ORGEH='00000000'

    0000 04 164 W P0001-ORGEH='00000000'

    Regards,
