Central Person already exists

Hi,

when i tried to replicate user systems hows an error message as

user not created or errors occured during user creation." central person" already exists for user XXXXXX

i have checked in org structure.that user is there but not assigned to any org unit.

i tried to delte that user but i am not able to do that.

How can i link the user to any org unit

go to ppoma_bbp

in top right hand side one search button is there .

click search menu you might get pop up cerntral person . give name

you must get it.

system says you have already assigned to org structure.

hi muthu,

its not assigned to org structure.i have check in the transaction BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE for user.

i ahev an error here.it says businesspartner user xxxx not an employee.

we dont have HR system integrated with. i am not able to delte that also.

any suggestions please

Issue is resolved.

Solution:

we have to delete the EBP user as an employee from the system then w ecan replicate the same.

we have this option in USERS_GEN--->Delete user accounts and Employee.

select the record and clcikon employee assignment. record has to disppear from here.

Note: Try this if you are not able to delete the user in org structure
