SCM 5.0 performance problem

Hello All,

1) We are facing performance problem while loading data from BI system

(process chains load from BI system)

2) Problem with any particular program/ Report

/SAPAPO/RRP4 - Production Planning -> Interactive Production Planning -> Receipts View

3) <ST03n> database access time is high

    Hi,

    Did you take a trace(ABAP+DB) on it via ST12, if yes you might have found the table which was accessed during this was called. From the details which have given it seems there may be some SQL statements which are expensive and they are accessing one table for more time.

    Could you paste the trace output with the SQL statements then i hope we can do some analysis.

    If you have Oracle Database just ensure the the parameters are properly set according to the following note: #830576 Parameter recommendations for Oracle 10g

    You can also find the parameters that needs to be changed with the automatic check of Note 1171650.

    Hope it will improve the performance once implement the oracle parameters..
