Hi,

After the new joing of an employee a action is to be triggered to MM Team to create the vendor master creation for their use..we how automatically the same can besent to then. Dynamic Action can be used..

Dynamic Action how to do that...??

Hi ,

You can also write codes for sending mails in the user exit.

So when an employee is hired mails will be sent.

Hi,

There is one node in Personnel Management->Personnel Administration ->Customizing Procedures ->Setting up Mail Connection for Infotype changes.

Hi Ritik,

Are you talking about notification means when a new employee is hired in the syetsm, notification should trigger to MM team for furtherance. If yes, find below steps for notification set up.

1. Create notification text thru SO10

2. Create distribution list thru SBWP & assign MM team mail ID

3. Then assign text (Under DISTR) & Distribution list (under IDTXT) in your custom feature which is copied from M0001 under infotype which is part of infogroup fr Hiring action. After saving that particular infotype, mail will trigger.

4. Then call this feature in dynamic action

Then notification will trigger to MM team for further action.

Hi..

Im not sure if it can handled through dynamic actions..

Instead have a custom program.. which picks up the action type, date of joining etc.. and create the vendor& schedule it as a batch job which runs weekly or daily.. depending on your requirement
