line items needs to be restricted for check print f-58

hi experts,

In tcode f-58 for check print,generally we click several line items and simulate.So here client requirement is, they need to restrict the users.Actually the requirement is,the user need to select only 10 line items. If they go beyond 10 and simulate then a pop up needs to be displayed saying that only 10 line items are possible.So please how can i start with this..??Using badis ??
