Update Account Assignment in Location Tab

I want the account assignment, e.g. cost center in the PM order Location tab to be updated when a user changes the settlement rule. This defaults from the object, e.g. functional location but isn't changed when a user updates the settlement rule.

Is there any config to do this?

Question 2: Which table field stores the settlement rule cost center.
