Hello,
I am running BPC for Microsoft, version 7. Periodically when in BPC for Excel, users will get the windows authentication prompt when clicking the Submit Data button in Excel. If they enter their AD credentials, sometimes the process will continue while other times it will not nad it just seems to hang. BPC is deployed on a Citrix server, seperate from the web/application server.
Let me know if I can provide any more information that may be helpful about our setup.
Thanks for your help.
Greg

This is just a guess, and I don't know anything about the hanging, but in the BPC server manager there's an option for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and when this is checked, users are prompted to enter credentials quite often. Perhaps this is involved? It was set on by default in my 7.0 sp5 install.
