Issue testing multi mapping with multiple message mapping steps

Hi Experts,

I've a scenario where I'm using two message mappings in Operation mapping,

1st Mapping- To do JDBC lookup and convert source to intermediate structure

2nd Mapping- Use intermediate structure and split to 3 target interfaces

All these objects have occurence as 1.1. Service interfaces and message mappings I've given occurence 1.1

When tested in Operation Mapping, it was failing at 2nd mapping step field and End to end test failed at 1st mapping step with arrayindexoutofbound exception

Second mapping has message tags added to the source structure with addition of 3 message types in target(multi split).This is a known case. I've created one XSLT mapping to add these message tags to the output of first mapping, so the operation mapping no looks like below,

1st Mapping- To do JDBC lookup and convert source to intermediate structure

XSLT Mapping- To add message tags to intermediate structure as expected by 2nd mapping

2nd Mapping- Use intermediate structure and split to 3 target interfaces

Now, when tested in OM output is generated as expected but end to end test is still failing in 1st mapping step field with same error.

We are on PI 7.3 version Make Release- NW731EXT_14_REL, SP Stack Number-14, JDK Version-jdk16

I'm using ICO to configure my scenario and SFTP,JDBC and SMTP as target adapter channels. Please suggest if I'm going wrong at any point.
