EBS statement is not picked by FEB_FILE_HANDLING

1.I have placed a statement file in AL11 directory. But, the FEB_FILE_HANDLING is not picking the file. It says there is no file to be processed. I have placed the file in folder as given in the logical path configuration. Also, the filename is given as per the logical path config. But still, it is not picked. What else could be the reason.

2. Also, we have an incident.The ebs file was processed via FEBAN after clearing an exception. as per our process, after successful completion, the file should go and sit in dataout folder. Here is the problem.The statement date is september 13. In FEBKO table also, 13 september can be seen. but in dataout folder the statement is 12 september. The logical path config of dataout folder has FEBKO-AZDAT in the file name

Kindly help to understand this.

Hi,

1. The file name convention in logical path config is case sensitive. My file name was in uppercasae. So the file was not picked

2. Second issue is a standard problem. Raised request to SAP to clarify that. The standard program picks the date from tag which denotes the opening balance. The opening balance tag and the statement tag(61) has different dates. As per config the statement date should be considered(FEBKO-AZDAT) . System does not pick so.
