BBPGETVD error BBP_BUPA247

Hi

Using SRM 7.0 with ECC 6.0 Ehp4

We r trying to replicate vendors from BBPGETVD, system is giving error "No org. units maintained as purch. organizations."

We have already mainatined Pur Org linked to backend. Still this error is coming.

What else is missing.
