What means yellow status in front of idoc to be processed. (Green means it is processed, Red means it is in error).

Where to find reason it is yellow

If the option of collect idocs has been set at partner level for that particular message type then an idoc with status 30 ready for dispatch will show for theidoc

IIdocs will be sent to target system after executingthe standard report RBDMIDO.. which needs to be scheduled...

If you want immediate dispatch of idoc go to partner profile and change the delivery ooption to send immediately...

Yellow status is actually nothing to worry about, it can be scheduled for pickup or ready for posting etc

    Hi Jan,

Go to WE20 and open the corresponding message type and see whether it is enabled for collecting idocs or process immediately. If process immediately then the idoc will go immediately to xi or it will wait for collection and then will send to xi. This collection is based upon the time or the number of idocs as given in we20. In the second scenario you will schedule a report RSEOUT00. Once the report is executed then it will send all the idocs to xi.

If you want to manually send the idoc immediately which is in yellow status, you can go to bd87 and select the idoc and process immediately.

Please dont do in production because it might be scheduled or some requirements might be there behind it.

    Regards,
