How to restrict courses for certain employee sub-group in learning Portal

Hi All

There is a requirement from my client side that they want certain courses to be shown and some other hidden for specific employee sub-groups in a learning Portal. Is it possible in SAP learning portal. Please advice

Hi Malik,

Structural Authorization is the way. Create different folders for courses and give authorization for the required folders

Dear Shweta

We want these restricted Course catalogue on an SAP Portal. As we are using BSP application so its not getting reflected on the Portal. Any Advice???

Hi Malik,

It works on Portal. Assign the structural authorization in R/3 only the courses authorized would be visible to him
