system missing under user assignment

Hi all,

We are trying to connect VC with backend systems, both bw and ecc. However, after creating the system in VC folder of pcd and configuring the WEB AS and ITS properties I got error in connection test. The error is related to user mapping. Now under user mapping the required system does not appear.

I can only see the BIWclient for portal as well as a Webex system in the dropdown list. Can someone please throw some light on how to map user correctly for the VC system created in portal.
