Annual Leave Entitlement

Hi,

We have requirement of changing the base entitlement of Annual Leave Quota. Currently every year employee is eligible for 34 days of annual leave. But the employee can avail this leave only after one year of service in first year of join. After one year of service s/he should be getting 34 days of leave along the present year accrual.

Now Company leave policy has changed and now new base entitlement is revised to 30 days instead of 34 days with effect from 01.01.2010.

So, shall i go to SM30 give V_t559L and change the base entitlement to 30 with validity period 01012010. Please guide me in this issue.

    Hi Patwari,

    Create another record under set base entitlement from 01.01.2010 and give entitle ment constant as 30 instead of 34. So system automatically will delimit previous date as <your starting date > to 31.12.2009 with 34 days.

    Also create another record which starts from 01.01.2010 in V_T559E

    Path:-

    SPRO> Time Management > Time Data Recording & Administration > Managing Time Accounts using Attendance / Absence Quotas in Time Evaluation > Calculating Absence Entitlements > Rules for Generating Absence Quotas > Set Base Entitlements.
