Dear All,

While creating master data for customer with t code BP , in Sale area data getting default mode and I am not able to enter any information. Kindly let me know wt is the problem.?

Hi,

Could you follow these sterps,

Follow these steps:

1. go to sm30

2. select table T77OMATTR

3. Click on maintain

4. Tickmark buffering for sales scenario and save

5. go to se38

6. execute report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE

After this the sales area data would be active.

Not sure if I completely understand you question.

You are working in WebUI and you have created a Business Partner (Account). Now you want to enter Sales Area Data.

There is an Assignment-Block to do this. However, this is not an editable list, but you will navigate to a sub-screen to first select Sales Org., Distribution Channel and Division.

Or do you want to use a Template here?

If there is something to select you can continue.

If there are Sales Area Data available but you canu2019t select I would assume that this is caused by missing authorizations.

If you have an issue with incomplete Sales Area Data you should read note: [1351266|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1351266] Item line comprising sales area only created on OV.
