table of sales order with its condition types

hi,

suppose i have a thousands of sales order ,say from 1 to 1500, and now i want to check that the conditions for every sales order is correct or not.

one option is to open all the sales order in VA02, one by one and check the correspondng conditions, but for a thousands of

sales order , it is a very lengthy procedure.

isn't there any table that contais sales order no, its material and also what condition types we maintained for that material.

Hello,

You can get the Item conditions from the KONV table

Check the Sales document header table VBAK and get the KNUMV which is the DOCUMENT CONDITION, and with the document number as the Key input field for the KONV you can fetch the value of the particular condition by giving KSCHLwhich is the CONDITION TYPE and KWERT as the Condition value

So in summary you have to know KNUMV field, KSCHL, to get the KWERT value from the KONV

check table KOMG also check the standard report V/LD to check the condition for sales area and material based

Goto VBAK table give ur sales document no and get all DOCUMENT CONDITIONS and pass this Document condition to KONV table here you can see all conditions for sales document and values for the same
