Priority in ChaRM

Hello,

My customer got some different requirement about the priorities in ChaRM. There should be three fields: 1. Severity 2. Urgency 3. Risk Level. But the standard configuration takes only one which is Priority which we already defined for the support messages.

How can I meet my customer requirement? Please help.

    Hello Rajeev,

    the priorities are all maintained in one table (SCPRIO). As you wrote, this should not be changd as these priorities are also used in other applications and also for SAP messages. The only option I see is to append some new priorities.

    Go to Tx. SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> Service Desk -> Maintin Categories and Priorities -> Maintain Priorities of Dates.

    Here you could add some customer priorities additionally,
