Pricing not calculated on MSA

Hi expert,

I'm using 'CRM Mobile Release 7.0 SP 01/5.0 SP 12'. I'm using the standard version. No developments have been implemented yet.

I've some problems with the price calculation in Mobile Sales application.

When I create an order on MSA, from the standard details screen, and, then from the standard items details screen, I add an item the price is not calculated on saving. Also if I go in the standard 'Price details' and 'Item price details' no condition are shown. But these pricing screens are correcty loaded, withoiut any errors, but they don't show any information (prices, condition, ...).

If I create the same order (same Business Partner, same transaction type, same product, etc...) on CRM the price is correctly calculated.

Does it means that the customizing is correctly configured?

But when this order arrive on the Mobile Client the 'item price details' screen doesn't show anything, while the 'Price details' screen raises the following error: "An error has occured in the IPC:. java.lang.NullPointerException ".

This only in order created on CRM, for those created on MSA thescreen is only empty, but has not error.

I've tried also to test this data (product, pricing procedure, ...) with the 'Quick Smoke Tester' and everithing works fine.

Does it means that the customizing is correctly downloaded on the local ides?

The IPC and pricing MSY setting have been imported.

Do you have any suggestions?

I don't have idea of what else I can check.
