How to expose Customer Survey to external networks?

Greetings!

In SAP CRM 7.3, have created a customer survey and have generated an URL for the same. I email the URL over email to using a campaign, when am connected to client's network and click on the URL, it just works fine however when I am connected to my office/home network I receive the error message "The page cannot be displayed".

Dear Veer,

• You can generate the survey link and embed it into an external site via an iFrame or any container.
• To create an activity for every submitted survey, you need to enhance the respective PAI Module.

Requesting you to let me know the enhancement to be done in the PAI module so that I can guide my technical team accordingly.

As the link suggests, I wish to setup the recommended http(s) for internet scenario however there are no details as such provided.
