Planning VAS orders via LT03

Hello,

In the past in the place where Im working, we were able to plan orders with assigned Work Center (VAS), via LT03, so in fact, from that I understood, that we could create transfer orders for every kind of delivery, as long as status of the orders wasn't A.

After a change requested by my previous boss, it was changed, and at this moment we're able to plan orders with VAS activities via VAS Monitor (Assign work center &if needed 'Partial TO' button), right now I want to go back to old way explained higher, and my question is, does anyone know how to change it?

For further question, we need it, because we're working with FIFO, but very often we need to pick 'certain' stock requested by customer, and right know the only way is to or change storage locations or play with putaway block etc.

I would be really grateful for help.
