Hi,

We are getting the following error in log file when we are executing operations in Product page of E-Service.

SAPEngineApplication_Thread[impl:3]_19 Error com.sap.icss.impl.businessobject._

productregistration.ProductRegistrationBOImpl

An error occurred in method: getDetail(guid, language, checkField)

[EXCEPTION]

com.sap.icss.util.

IcssException: An error occured in method: getDetail(guid, language, checkField) - com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (104) RFCERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE:_

Serious error in tables or in program at com.sap.icss.impl.backend.crm.productregistration.ProductRegistrationBEImpl.getDetail(ProductRegistrationBEImpl.java:426)

Could anyone help us in resolving this issue.

At what point in the application does this error occur. Does this occur during product registration?

Have you checked if the minimum configuration required for ICSS (E-Service) Product registration is maintained?

I feel this is an ABAP dump, can you please check in transaction ST22 for more detailed log.
