Solman 7.2 Report : "AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP_V2" Error : No user below customer number

Hello,

Between Solman and SAP Support, the REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT job that pulls out the information of our customer has been executed . It successfully pulled the data. (screenshot 1) is attached.

The above job information replicates the information from the portal. The AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP_V2 program runs, and BP and OSS User information would be updated in Solman.

But, we receive error after running this program, Error is : No user below customer number (screenshot 2) is attached.

We have already updated AISUSER with customer id and required users.

Could you please help me?

hello,

We have raised a ticket about this issue. SAP regenerated all customer info and ossusers then problem is resolved.

Actually problem at SAP side.

Do you have the right customer number maintained in V_AISAPCUSTNOS?

The system should find the s-users belonging to the customer number in order to generate them. Sounds like you have an inconsistency (or typo) somewhere in your configuration.
