IH and OH in EHS from HR perspective

I am from SAP HR backgrouned and new to EHS, I need to explore IH and OH in EHS from HR perspective.

Requesting you to please help me with some doc for Interigration point between SAP HR and IH & OH with relevent T codes and table etc.
