    • The scenarios can be as high-level or detailed-level as determined acceptable by the support team receiving the turnover of the environment. Here are some topics that are usually included in a sustain plan (a.k.a. transition plan or knowledge transfer):

      1. List of SAP subject areas affected in deployment.

      2. Overview of system landscape and basic Blueprint concepts.

      3. Overview of Functional and Technical Specification documents used for development and deployment.

      4. List of DataSources, DSOs, InfoCubes, et. al. objects activated and enhanced.

      5. Overview of test cases and results used during deployment.

      6. Overview of sustaining activities in progress (e.g. Process Chain executions, Local Chain dependencies, etc).

      7. Warranty/transition period and what's covered/not covered in warranty.

Like I said, these could be high-level or very detailed depending on the requirements of the support team.
