BAPI for maintenance order change

Hi,

I have one requirement. In maintenance order i am using WBS elemnt at three places. One in the location tab, one in Additional data tab and third in the settlemnt rule. Now the problem is that after every new fianancial year starts, if there are carry forward orders then we need to change the WBS in the order at three places. Beacuse old WBS of old financial year are not valid after march month. So i have to change the WBS. In location and additional data tab it is easy to change during BDC or BAPI but in settlemnt rule i need to block the old WBS first , then create new WBS settlemnt rule for settlemnt. How that can be achieved.

Has anyone has same problem. Is there any BAPI or something else by which i can able to change the WBS at three placcs and also able to block the old WBS settlemnt rule.
