Task list Error "No Transport track for current configuration

Hi Experts,

I have configured ChaRM on Solman Production 7.2- Sp 5(SP1) with Singe managed system CT1(CRM 740 sp12)

Clients CT1:100 (Dev), CT1:200(Test), CT1 :300(PRD) & CT1:400 (training)

Current Configuration of STMS is

DEV:100(DEV) -> /CTQ/ (TransportGroup) -> CT1:200(Test) à CT1:300 (PRD)

à CT1:400 (Traing)

However when I tried creating task list

It is throwing me below error message

“No Transport track for current configuration”

Thanks

    Hi Chetan

The error message states "transport track of source system CT1 ABAP 100" does not include a production system.

So it sounds like your STMS transport route configuration is not properly configured and more specifically, this wizard checks that you have a development system and that the route from development will work up to production meaning you need to have a consolidation route to QAS and a delivery route to PRD in your STMS configuration in your case.

So please verify if you have a delivery route to PRD as a first pointer.

You might want to add a screenshot of your STMS configuration if you do not find a solution based on the above information to make it easier for me or any other community member to help you further.

    Best regards

    Tom

    Hello Chetan,

ChaRM identifies the transport route using TMW RFCs from Solman to the Managed System. Now, this same transport landscape definition needs to be defined in the Solution Administration section. Go to T-Code SOLADM, and this will open a browser. Create a solution relevant to the Managed System, and create a logical component under this solution. Under this logical component, add the Managed Systems along with their respective clients.

Now, since ChaRM identifies the STMS routes of your Managed System and matches them with the ones defined in the SOLADM or Solution Administration, the STMS routes should match with the ones defined in SOLADM.

    As per your configuration,

"Current Configuration of STMS is DEV:100(DEV) -> /CTQ/ (TransportGroup) -> CT1:200(Test) à CT1:300 (PRD) à CT1:400 (Training)" , same setting needs to be done in the SOLADM configurations.

Make sure the system roles are properly defined in the Solution Administration area.

    Regards,

    Soumyojit.
