I am trying to use the "other logon problems" of Logon Problems? Get Support feature found on the Portal Welcome logon page. When I submit a "Having trouble logging in?" request, portal comes back and says "E-mail with logon problem sent to administrator" and the administrator receives a mail as
User zzzz experiences problems to log on.
Could not able to login.
Senario is working fine, i mean SMTP has configured correctly and mail is sent to the administrator but the problem is that XXXX is neither the last or first name of the administrator it is displaying some other user name . So please give me a solution to change XXXX to the last or first name of the administrator. I am using EP 7 SP19 with BI integration.
