Spanish language user interface fot SAP PI

Hello everybody!

We need to install Spanish language user interface for RWB, Integration Builder.. for our customer. Is there possibility to make this tools on Spanish? Does SAP have multilingual UI for this? We have now just English and German.

It was possible to localize only manually with jars. We added .es files to jars and this solved the problem.

Please try with this:

Set Spanish language for Integration Builder:

• Exchange Profile: add language EN (I'm not sure about International abbreviation for Spain (IT for Italy)) to the parameter

IntegrationBuilder/com.sap.aii.ib.client.login.languages

• Exchange Profile: add language EN to the parameter IntegrationBuilder/com.sap.aii.ib.client.content.languages

• Refresh properties of Exchange Profile from http://host:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/com.sap.xi.adminweb/AdminApp

U can get all the Language two character codes used by SAP here.

Hello, Giuseppe. Thank you for your answer. But the problem still exist. I can now select Spanish language at logon menu, but even with Spanish selection all texts in Integration Builder are in English language. Do you have your Integration Builder on Italian? Probably additional language pack is needed to be installed? Could you advise please.

I think so. Additionally you can check which languages are available for your system:

Spanish language is installed in the system. STML and T002c shows that Spanish is available. But still I can't switch Integration Builder to Spanish locale. I guess that my version of NetWeaver is not supporting Integration Builder to other languages except English and German (that is native for SAP).

Giuseppe, what version of NetWeaver do you use? My is 7.0 SP19.

Hi,

Open Configuration and Design.

Toolbar - Tools - Personal Settings. Set Spanish language on "Preferred Display Languages for Objects". Apply and restart the Integration Builder.

Sure I tried to select. And now all define languages at all possible places are set to Spanish.

So what version of NetWeaver do you use?

I'm afraid is not possible to set different languages out from DE and EN. I set the steps show above because of further problems raised during Activation/Modification of XI objects.

I have EN as well set.
