Adobe Software Error message

Hi All

Bit of a strange problem this...

When a user presses Check and Send and then intentionally/accidentally double clicks on a field related to a generic service, some of the populated fields go blank and then the message 'Adobe Software Error' pops up and the form is locked in a cycle which can only be broken by terminating the windows session.

Has anyone else experienced this? Why should the form react to anything apart from the back or send buttons when in this mode?

Regards

Ian
