Object link with HR

Hi All.

We have requirement at client on linking the HR object to document. Please guide me on this.

I have assigned the Object "PLOGI" to document type but it's not working.

Please help.

For HR Object link with DMS , you need customization

Its good to go with archive link

In our project we will be using DMS instead on Archive link. Can somebody explain the detailed step on new HR object cretation and necessary customization in DMS?

sir,

i understood that u r using DMS, but make use of archive link to include more functionalities.................like, attachments of certifictaes, attchments to qulaity Noftifcation ....and so on.............

noting more is to be done for installing archive link....co-ordinate with ur bsias consultant....................

HR doc.....like resume, photo upload....all these works on archive link functionality only.......................

hi,

This is purely abap development, but u need above customization before strating development.

Only by configuration this can't be achieved, u need to develop new screen for hr master with field name pernr and ename.

here in both programs u need to change, because once u double click on employee master number in DMS object link it should take u to PA20 screen and same way from PA20 screen to DIR

my sugession is u could go for Archive linking.......
