create single log out end point (SLO)

Hello,

I have created SSO and SLO, SSO is working fine and SLO is showing some error

HTTP Status 400 - Identity Provider could not process the logout message received.

but I have configured the slo end point like this

https://xxxxxxxxx.accounts.ondemand.com/saml2/idp/slo?sp=https://eu1.hana.ondemand.com/xxxxxxxxx

how I can create SLO end point, Could you please share a proper document for the same?
