Is it possible to write a business rule which can trigger a workflow when one of the dependents of an individual is deleted?

Hello Aditya,You cannot directly take actions from the business rules. You can do that in combination with cloud integration service. Get the decision/action text from business rules, and then put a decision gateway in CPI and start the workflow.
