the ability to do intercompany trade transactions between multiple branches in one database?

I have a question about the intercompany version PL26 which is compatible with Multiple Branches function. If I have multiple branches in one database am I going to get the benefits of the intercompany features, for example: can I do intercompany trade transactions between those branches in one database?
