Label printing using dtamax printer from SAP

Hi Experts,

I have to develop a SAP Script/Smartform to print label from SAP using DATAMAX Printer.

Currently this task is done manually from Bartender Software from windows.

Our Basis person has installed the printer in SAP but the printer is not taking print.

Please help me how to proceed with the situation.
