Issue with Rich Client

I have some developers that are having issues trying to connect to the Rich Client in 2 tier mode. They are connecting through a citrix server and they are receiving the following error message" You cannot log on in offline mode without first logging on at least once in offline mode. The were able to get to the Rich Client through Infoview though.

Any help is appreciated.
