F110 new tab or new fields

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to enhance the F110 screen. A new tab should be added in the F110 screen were user needs 3 check boxes for 3 scenarios. I couldn't find any screen exit for this. Is there any way to achieve this.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
