Hi,
We have refreshed our MDG QA client and having done the necessary manual configurations (Configure Workflow general settings in SWU3, Activate Type Linkage, Set TS* not set as background to General). All our change requests uses the rule based workflow WS60800086
When i tried to create a Change Request, I get the following message when looking into the workflow log "No work items found for Change request xx".
I checked the SWIO or SWI6 and i dont see any work items generated for the change request at all. Anyone seen this issue before and know what i need to do to fix it?
Hi luqman,
Ask your basis person to restart all the background jobs which are responsible for MDG workflow.
Chances are that after refresh, those jobs are stopped
Once it is done, you will get the workitems.
Cheers,
Rohit

Thanks everyone for teh answer. We found out that the QRFC queues have been stopped for that system, hence the issue. Once it was activated and registered, issue fixed.

Hi Luqman,
Please check super user 'SAP_WFRT' is locked, password expired or missing authorization for user SAP_WFRT . Or you can ask your BASIS to reset the user once if possible.
Thanks
Teena
