TDH DIMENSION -The hierarchical information cannot be correctly retrieved error

Hello,

BPC 10.1 NW SP10 ON HANA.

BW 7.4 SP15.

EPM ADDIN SP33 P1.

Entity is TDH dimension. we created a new version with a 2017 date reference from a prior version and processed teh dimension without any errors.

In EPM Addin selected 2017 key date and when we select members to view from entity dimension get below error " The hierarchical information cannot be correctly retrieved error. You must log on again."

All other versions works fine. only for newly added version get the error.

we tried running UJXO_CLEAN_DIM_CACHE , UJXO_CLEAN_TDH_DIM_CACHE,UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE PROGRAM.

cleared EPM addin cache, deleted teh metadata folder in C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\EPMOfficeClient\Metadata' folder.

but still get teh same error. Any idea how to fix this error?

This Fixed the Error - Add a new value to the PARENTH1 hierarchy for the specific key date and process the ENTITY dimension then remove this dummy value and process the dimension again.

Issue was for a Parent member in Parenth1 hierarchy - In table it had CALC flag value as N.
