Hi experts, before this , i have post how to block if user want to change the sytem status in IW32 from TECO to cancel technical completion. i got the answer using BS23 to set the setting. but how can i want to give only certain user can do the changes from TECO to cancel technical completion?

If u r using ECC6, check for appropriate BADI. If its not there use implicit enhancement and create an object and check authorisation there.
