RPUCOB02, No Entry for form type C9

Hi All

Recently we applied the HRSP 43 for ECC 6.0. When we run the program for generating the COBRA letter for the first time after the HRSP's, we are having an issue. When we select an employee qualifying event and click print spool we get an error saying 'No enter for form type C9'. It was working fine until that week and this issue started after applying the support packs. Since this is a stanard SAP code, I opened a message to SAP and hope they will provide me with a note but thought I will check with you for any additional inputs. This is impacting around 50 employees as we need to send them the COBRA letters and charge for COBRA premium rates.

Note 1327797 has been done to correct several issues with the new

Cobra functionality so you should defenetly implement it.

Now regarding the error message, could you check if the information

below would help solving this issue:

'If you are not able to see the forms in view V_T74HL, please check

in your system and maintain the forms in language 'DE' as they are only

visible in this language. After maintaining the forms in language 'DE',

however when viewing the same in language 'EN',you will not be able to

see the description in the view. Instead you will see the entry as 'C9'

and 'CA'.

So as per SAP's suggestion, we created a dummy form and assigned that to C5 thru CA values

in the view V_T74HL. This resolved our issue.

If you have implemented the changes for ARRA via the sar files, please check the workaround below to see the form in your system:

If you are not able to see the forms in view V_T74HL, please check in your system and maintain the forms in language 'DE' as they are only visible in this language. After maintaining the forms in language 'DE', however when viewing the same in language 'EN',you will not be able to see the description in the view. Instead you will see the entry as 'C9' and 'CA'.

Hello Praveen,

Do you have this form create in view V_T74HL? You need to maintain this form in DE language. Additionally you can take a look at SAP note 1327797.
