Hybris Marketing Cloud - Count Attribute

Hello guys!

I'm having a problem adding up the number of variables selected.

For example, In the case below I am selecting an EMAIL and searching for Order Numbers, see that I select 3 Orders, the correct one would present me in the segment the value of "3". However, it shows me "1".


I do not understand why this is happening.

Can someone help me in this case?

Hi,

In Segmentation Count denotes the Number of Contacts but NOT Number of Interactions.

In your case there exist only 1 interaction contact for whom email is "nickolas...." and then the order number are ID of various interaction. Hence upon selection of all order number it was always show '1' as count since all these orders are belonging to same contact.

Hi,

In the Segmentation Configuration, you can find a segmentation profile "all interactions" which use "interaction" as Key to count on.

If you use that segmentation model, you would get a count of "3 interactions" in your case.

However your current model uses "contact" as KEY, and there's only 1 contact who owns those 3 order numbers, so in that scenario the count is correct.

I've added the fields correctly in the "All Interactions" segmentation, but now it does not show me any data

Hi,

What key mapping did you use to connect your CBO to the segmentation object?

Probably you linked a contact key to an interaction key somewhere, which causes the no data found.
