Hi Colleagues,
can anybody recommend a useable XML client? A customer need that to send messages to my interfaces. He wont be able to use a XML Editor like XML Spy.
- output: XML
- graphical surface
- easy to handle (for business people)
- xml schema (*.xsd) can be loaded to control the surface and the output
- best output would be: validated XML as mail attachment, but a file would be acceptable
- licence fare acceptable

Udo
Hi,
I usually use XMLPad It is free and works good for what you want.

Hi Udo!
If you just need a client to send SOAP messages eviware soapUI Client is the best choice (and additionally it is free-of-charge - as far as I know even for business user).
If you are looking for a professional XML Tool with lots of features to create, edit, test and validate XML files and tons of other formats in the x... familiy the best tool (in my eyes) is Altova XMLSpy (unfortunately NOT free-of-charge - see www.altova.com ).
If you are looking for a simple XML editor TextPad is a very good tool (not free-of-charge for business users - see www.textpad.com).

Volker

it does not do everything you want but we use soapUI

our business people use it.

Udo,
You can try SOAP XML Client 1.9. But I am not sure of the cost for this. We used this at one of our client.
