Fund Management Issue

Hi,

I have a query regarding the budget updation in FM. This is related to budget in Fund management.

1: If I am cancelling a PR (purchase requisition) raised and released in the month of Dec/u20192008 then where

will the unutilized PR amount will go i.e, can I use that amount in any month in 2009. Will the last FY (fiscal year) 2008

amount can be used in this month?

2: If I am cancelling a PO (purchase order) raised and released in the month of Dec/2008 then where will the unutilized PO amount will go i.e, can I use that amount in any month in 2009. Will the last FY amount can be used in this month?

3: Is these type of cases are FY (fiscal year) specific, quarterly specific or monthly specific?

Note: Fiscal year for our company code is from Jan to December.
