Hi,
Basically I'm a PM consultant. Now i have to go to CS Module implementation.
No idea about CS Module. Pls clarify
1. Masters in CS
2. Is notif & order are same as of PM?
3. Customer complaint, sales order, Billing, contract - to handle in CS or SD
4. Is there any specific config for CS
5. If anyone has CS config guide or CS UM pls share
For CS Module which forum i've to use? this one or anything else

SM/CS is a combination of the PM and SD modules.
At present there are no no books avaialble on this subject.
I would strongly recommend you attend the PLM301 Customer Service Overview course as a minimum

I've to handle this implementation as per my organisation. They say map it in PM.
Will you pls throw some inputs on CS like what r all the masters?
How to create Installed base? In this project we've SD, QM, CS modules with SD & QM consultants.
