icm/host_name_full doesnt seem work

In SPRO when I try to execute "Maintain User for Communication with SAP Service and Support" it give me an error saying "The graphic cannot be displayed, since the profile parameter icm/host_name_full is not set correctly."

But in my instance profile I manage to add the parameter and I have the same hot in my windows/system32/ect/drivers/host file.

And if I pring solmanst.domain.com it works fine too. Please help me on resoving this issue.

Just a silly question: you have restarted your application server after parameter change, haven't you?

Yes, it's a stupid quiz, I forgot to restart the app server

you can try without restart:

goto sm51 >choose server>In menu GOTO choose Host Name Buffer> Reset>application server.

Have a look into SAP Note No. 773830 and check whether th other parameters mentioned too are checked..
